My name is Agathe and I'm a junior graphic designer based in Nantes, France. I'm currently in my second year of a Bachelor's degree in graphic design/art direction at E-artsup. I'm particularly drawn to typography, editorial design and music. I love exploring materials and textures. I try to work with different media and mix traditional and digital.

This is my first poster for an existing event. The Interférences exhibition revolves around mapping and motion design, and showcases the work of third-year motion design students at E-artsup. 

My class had to create the event poster in groups of two, and ours was selected from all the others. 

The design was inspired by the work of Swiss designer Ralph Schraivogel, who used this tube shape in his posters. We recreated it in Illustrator with a gradient of colors, to create a sensation of constant movement. The colors chosen create a relaxing atmosphere. The title was created by my partner Apolline Lacombe. 

I created a motion design in After Effects to illustrate the possible movements of the shapes.
The final poster was displayed at the entrance to the showroom, measuring 2m x 3m.
